Eat Little.

Eat little and live to eat much. There is no fallacy in the world more dangerous than the idea that the strength of the body is maintained solely by our daily food, and consequently the more we eat the more strength we will have.This is certainly a wrong notion.In fact it has been proved that those who eat the least, are often in possession of greater energy.
