Exercise the Spine.

Exercise the Spine. If one feels that he does not have time to do exercise involving all parts of the body, atleast exercise the spine. It will give the greatest dividend for the time invested on the excercise of Spine. I strongly believe that it is always better to exercise other parts of the body also, in order to have an all-round and balanced development.But some people cannot be convinced that they have time to exercise the entire body and for them I can only say--"atleast exercise the Spine"! and remember the old saying --"Where there is a will there is a way."
