On Spine.

A man is as strong as his back is. When most old people are seen with their spine and back bent forward, it is generally thought that a curved back or round shoulders are inevitable in one's decline, which is, however not correct. Proper care and regular exercise will prevent this weakness and ugliness. Practicing Yoga daily will prevent this ugly formation. From T.S.Sundaram
